I have been looking all over the internet looking for something to tell me how to make a form that will stay i want a user to beable to sign my webpage and everthing i find wont stay you can type and it post to the site and you hit refresh and its gone anyone able to help me?

You will need some kind of server side processing for this. Do you have access to CGI, PHP, or ASP on your server?

I would take a look at hotscripts and find a guestbook CGI that you like.
