I have put up a bb forum on my site. Everything was fine on the bb for about 3 weeks. I signed in about 2 days ago, and get an error on page that is telling me that a certain variable is undefined. I racked by brains for about 4 hours before contacting the bb creator. He looked at it from his pc and said all is well. no error. He suggested I clear my temp folder and history. I did, no change. I still get the same error. I went to a local computer store. loaded my site on one of their pc's. Everything is perfect. I come home, try my side and the wife's side, still get the same error.

Any ideas of how to clear this up?

Thanks,
Eric

Get an error on page that is telling me that a certain variable is undefined.

What variable is undefined?

If you go to...

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing > Display a notification about every script error

Do you have that box checked or unchecked?

If you both are running IE, are you both running the same version? Microsoft... consider the source.

'swidth' is the variable.

The box is unchecked. I ticked it and it gives me the message that I get when I click on the little splat in the lower left that tells me there is an error.

My wife and I both have Version 6.0

There are many little pics on the page that are not showing up as well. At first I thought it had something to do with the script error, but now I'm not so sure.

Could you be running out of resources? What version of Windows are you running?
