i want to add a search feature to my site and dont want to write any code for it, what will be the easiest way to do this? i want some thing that will index my pages for my.

There are many sites that will do it for you in exchange for having some ads on the search results. A Google search for free web site search will get you started.

you can also download a few search spiders and engines done in php, a very good one is phpdig
I like mnoGoSearch.org, I've not really run it on a real site but it seems awfully capable and the results from some admitedly 'light' testing was good.
