IE 5.0 Toolkit - from Microsoft

It extended IE's functionality, including added right click options

I had a drive failure and had to rebuild my system earlier this week. I reloaded IE5.0 and realized I'm missing some tools I used to have.

There was a toolkit that added some functionality including additional right click options like open this frame in a new window.

I searched the microsoft site but can't find the toolkit anymore. Does anyone know where I can find this?
