From frameless to frame

how to link?

does any one know a way too directly link too a page that is build for a frame setting from a frameless setting.
i'm working on a intranet and one part is with a frame the other part is frameless. i use a framebuster too bust out but now i need a way too get back too the frame setting

You need to use the address of the frame target. What is the name of the frameset and the needed frame?

the frameset is default.cfm en de frame name is intramain
