I'm a big fan of tabbed browsing, and I was wondering if there is (javascript?) code I can use to open links in new tabs for Moz/Netscape users. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thanks for any help.

Every time I have seen this question asked in the last year or more, I have always seen it followed by the answer "no you cannot", and I haven't personally seen anything noted elsewhere to refute that fact.

Sorry, I couldn't find anywhere where this was mentioned before.
I guess it's a bit too browser specific. Someone should teach Mozilla to understand target="tab" or something :)

Unfortunately that would not default to opening in a new window in non-Gecko based browsers. Opening in a new window is what you would require if opening up in a new tab wasn't available.

I was originally thinking of some kind of javascript which I could combine with browser detection to give this functionality to Mozilla/Netscape users only.
