getting URL of frame

I have two frames: Frame A and Frame B

Frame B is a frame that the user will be able to browse the net with. From Frame A,
I would like to grap the URL from Frame B.

Is this possible? If so how?

If you give the frames names you should be able to identify and manipulate the frame you're looking for using the name.
