If I put into the metatags: <META NAME="MSSmartTagsPreventParsing" CONTENT="TRUE"> In order to stop them creating links on my pages, will msn penalise me?

We've had this discussion several times. Here's a recent thread [webmasterworld.com]. The consensus seems to be that these tags were never implemented on the web, so adding these tags will not do anything.
