Cookie names

must they be unique across all domains?

If you set many cookies with the same name but for different domains, is this a problem or can they all coexist happily? Any browser issues with this?

They should be able to co-exist.

I cannot help you with the browser issues. I wouldn't be surprised if there were quite a few.

Shouldn't be as long as they are unique domains. They are kept by domain in a folder. Same name cookies are probably quite common. I never really opened them up to see.

If you're worried, just add the domain name to the cookie name ..
