Lets say that you have a page with frames and in one of the frames you put a url www.xyz.com but this URL has a popup. You can't change the www.xyz.com page because it is not your page, but you have permission to use it in a frame on your page. Is there a way to disable the popups on the www.xyz.com page in your frame?

That's a good question. On first impression, it sure "feels" like there might be a way, but I can't think of anything.

My guess is that allowing that kind of control (your page overrides someone else's document) would create a security hole. So, I'd say it can't be done.

If it could be done, then PPC sellers would just use that code and eliminate the need for their editors to hand check for pop-ups.

Yes, actually that's why I wanted to know. I want to advertise a site directly on google ppc, but the page has a pop-up which google does not allow. If you have any ideas of how it can be done that would be great. Perhaps I will have to create my own page with all links going to the page that I am advertising.
