Can you download Lynx for XP? It doesn't mention the exact platform here:

Lynx will run on NT, 2000 is a neater version of NT, XP is a neater version of 2000 therefore you'd expect Lynx to run on XP.

Pre-compilied Lynx for Win32 lives at [jim.spath.com...] which is linked to off the main site.

That does work under XP - I just tried 2.84pre5 and it fired up the first time.
