Best Browser w/ Cookies

I would like to explorer and see my Cookies, what they are set to etc. Which browser does this best? I notice phoenix allows you to view page properties. Very nice little app for looking at everything except cookies...

Any good browsers out there for this?

Lisa,

Mozilla and Netscape 7 will let you check the values of cookies, and easily view and delete them. In NN7, the click path is:
Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->Cookies->Manage Stored Cookies->(Select a cookie from the list)
