Okay, this is a little strange and I've racked my brain trying to figure this out. I couldn't, so I'm hoping someone here may know.

I currently have a site with a banner across the type, i.e. Yahoo. The banner shows up succesfully in my browser and all the other browsers and computers in my office when I visit the page.

The trouble is that on a different computer, but same browser, the banner does not show up and it doesn't come up as a missing image.

We have tried refreshing, deleting cache, and I even FTPed in on that computer and put the image into the cache and nothing worked. When I checked the view source on the page, the code for the banner didn't even show up.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

ISP filtering a la AOL?
ISP or network caching - you can't clear this from your computer.
Is your server set up to include expires and other cache-control headers? - You can use the server header checker [webmasterworld.com] here at WebmasterWorld to check it, or try this cacheability checking site [ircache.net].
