From the GUI go to /Applications, Cmd-click (or right-click) on the Mozilla application icon, and select "Show Package Contents". Then go to Contents -> MacOS -> defaults -> profile and there's a file called bookmarks.html

From the command line:

/Applications/Mozilla/Mozilla.app/Contents/MacOS/defaults/profile/bookmarks.html

Applications on OS X are actually folders that contain all of the apps resources. Mozilla + Netscape actually store all the preference files there too. :)

Thanks James, that's exactly what I needed.
