Single Button Upload

Hello all. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to upload files in one step. In other words, I'd like to have the "browse" button, have the user select a file on their local machine, and when they click "open" have the file upload as oppsed to going back to the same page where they have to click another button to start the upload.

If you click the 3rd button from the right (image upload) you get a browse button. When you select an image and click "open" it uploads. Anyone know how to do that? Thanks.

Ordinary browser/system security is not going to allow a one button solution. At best an upload button will ask the browser to open a local folder. The user will have to find the file and then click upload.
