"popup" a flash movie when we open the site

hi,
i want open a flash movie when a user open a site
i have already the movie done and now i looking for a way to show the movie and when the movie end they simple hide.
the effect that i looking for is something like Lightbox, i want the user have some option to close the movie too when he want.
any one have a sugestion of a site that do this or know a way?

This is usually a good way to get me to hit the back button and leave your site. From a visitor's point of view, don't let it start playing automatically. Force me to click a play button if I want to see it.
