i want automatic intelligent form development tool.

Hi,

i want a application which can develop a survey web forms from which we can collect the information from the user means Feedback etc.

In the application we can just drag-drop the control over the page and according to the control the database automatically created and the database code also.

we also want security of data, means data should not be goes to external person or website.

If Any one have such type of application then please tell me.
