Form ScrollBars Q

Can it be done and how

What I want is:

A Multiline form textfield with an "external" scroll bar e.g an image below the textfield.

Can this be done? If so how

Off the top of my head, I really can't think of any easy (without complex ActiveX coding) way of doing this.

Many form elements are standard to the browser and their 'appearance' cannot be altered by normal scripting methods.
