Frames Title

Strange error in Log file

Hello,

Today while studying my log file of a website which uses frames, I found a very strange error under 404 errors.

As the web pages are in frames, the left panel is a navigation. The error is showing something like
/sets/Web+page+title/leftpanel.htm in
http://www.example.com/sets/example-frameset.htm

left panel is in the root of the website. I have studied each line of frameset web page but couldn't find anything.

Does anyone has any idea about it. Please guide me as its showing on a continuous basis.

It sounds like a broken link due to an HTML error, either in the frameset on in the navigation frame. Does the HTML validator [validator.w3.org] come up with anything useful?
