Can I know how can I add the logo in the URL, example: when we open www.webmasterworld.com, before [,...] have a picture there...how to do it?

Its called a Favicon

Those are favicon.ico files, graphic files which are placed at the root of the website and are automatically found by the browser.

Here's the direct link:
[webmasterworld.com...]

ImageMagick (amongst others) will do a good job converting most things to .ico format.
