Can anyone else see them? Did you build the pages on your main computer? If so are they linked locally?

Open up your site and select view>source , search for an image tag if it says :

<img src="C:\Documents and Settings\You\My Documents\etc">

-or something similar the only one that will see them is you on that particular machine.

----------------------

The other possibilty is they are cached on your main computer and there is something wrong with your site. Clearing out the temp internet files will determine if that is the case.

Does your laptop have some kind of security setting that prevents image download? Are you having this problem with other sites? Maybe add your site to the "trusted" list. Just a shot in the dark suggestion.

...yet on my laptop most of my images dont?

Do some images show on your laptop?! And if some do - what is the difference between these and the ones that don't?! Possibly a different GIF/JPEG/PNG format...?!

...and no image is shown in the source code?

The entire <img> element is missing?! Anything else missing?! Particulary strong browser security if it is that?! Normal browser security, would still allow the source code itself to be downloaded!?

Not sure how current this is but Norton Spam Blocker and I'd assume other ad blocking software will block images based on image dimensions, folder name or even filename. As you'll see the list is quite extensive so if it's current it won't be that hard to be affected by it.
