using div tags

for the better cache version

I have not used this DIV management in content in any of my site so far but i want to have a small site for testing these div tag web page Vs simple web page. basic objective is to have a better version of the cache of the web pages under a site. need same cache as blog shows a cached verion. a complete hirarchy.

Sorry you're not getting any discussion on this. I must confess, I don't understand the question. As i read it, you might be asking about several different things.

Would you clarify your questions, please - perhaps explain more fully and less in 'shorthand'?
