Cant get mail template to work in word 2007 rendering engine

I tried to do a table design with inline styles, taking the renderings flaws of the Word 2007 engine into account, but still I can't get my template to work.

The HTML file can be seen <snip> a screenshot of the result in outlook 2007 is <snip>.

I don't know if it's related to your problem, but one of the big gotchas in Office 2007 is no more background tags, which many templates utilize.

You realize that Outlook 2007 now using MS Word rendering engine [webmasterworld.com]? The HTML you can use in Outlook messages is now slightly more limited.
