seems Opera has a stricter standard in CSS rendering mode,
i.e.
If a page is rendered correctly in Opear, most likely FF has no problem, but not vice versa
So I think use of Opera is really a good option.
What do you think?

Give some examples. Are you using a full doctype, that is, standards or quirks mode? I rigorously test new designs against all the popular Windows browsers AND some rediculously old ones - specifically NN 4.6/Mac, IE 5.0/Mac, and Opera for Mac (I'm insane, yes. :-) ) Opera seems to be most compliant, although I see a lot of difference in type management in Opera. But the biggest difference I find from FF is in Internet Destroyer, not Opera.
