Pale colors in IE7

I don't have IE7 yet but I tried a website of mine on a friend's computer with IE7 and all colors look very pale. I have this table for instance with borders and you almost can't see the borders. Also, some images that I have look like this. Anyone know how to fix this?

It is probably their monitor and not the browser that's the problem.

I have four monitors on my desk and all four show the same page differently.

solution? For me, I don't use colours which are very pale anymore.

Well this guy has an office with 3 monitors and colors look pale on all of them.

I found the problem:) You were right - the 3 monitors in question are all set to max contrast which causes the error in displaying light colors.
