please help my i cant use internet explorer

and lots of other online programs

whenever i use an online program, except mozilla firefox i get directed to another site where the sign in box pops up, i have tried nero spyware searcher, ad-aware, spybot search and destroy, avg. it cant find anything that can cause it. what else can i try before i smash my computer up, i cannot restore or wipe the memory as i have lots of stuff on my computer i cannot lose. please help me

Visit hijackthis.de and download the program via the "Direct Download" link in the top right corner.

Then run the program and click on "Do a system scan and save a log file" then paste the output from the log file in to the website and click "analyze".

This will give you a report containg all the processes and registry entries that might be of concern. Remove the ones that are marked as bad.

But be careful, dont remove ones that are not marked as bad, or you might bodge up programs that are ok. Also back up your registry first, just in case you mess up.

Then reboot, and run the program again, if the bad entries are back then repeat the above steps in safe mode.

Give this a try and it should get rid of it for you. BUt be aware incorrect usage of this program may make things worse, so take a backup of your registry first.

i suggest you to just download kaspersky antivirus , its the only software that i trust , it will remove everything from spywares to virus , just load the trial version and see if it works for you
