A couple of weeks ago I had my developer install SEO URLs on my OsCommerce shop. When I check the cache of recently spidered pages (using IE7) in both Google and MSN there are no page images and the font has changed to Times Roman.

Recently spidered pages in Yahoo cache look fine, the way all my pages use to look in Google and MSN cache -- that is, a small verdana font and all images in place just like on live version of site.

Can anyone suggest where to look first to clean this up?

In MSN this is not causing any indexing or ranking problems. I'm so messed up in Google (for I don't know what reasons) that I can't tell if this is affecting indexing or ranking.

Thanks.

What you describe is a rendering issue only - not something that should affect the indexing or ranking of content. Still, you may well want to track own this oddity.

I'm suspecting a time lag problem between the Google cache and your site, but it could be anything at all -- and if it is just a time lag thing it may well just fix itself as Google coordinates the many pieces of their huge servrer farm.

Thanks for the info. I've noticed this to be the case.

I've been waiting to see if it "clears up." GBot has been to my site twice since I noticed this issue and it's still not cleared up. I'll wait another couple of weeks.
