Small Graphics in Favorites and Address Bar

Hi All:

Can someone point me to a "How To" for making and loading the small graphics that show up next your site address in the address bar and favorites?

At least, what are they called?

They’re ‘favicons’. You can make them using any tool that produces .ico format files. Personally, I use a program called png2ico but there are websites that’ll make them for you out of source files.
