Drop down menus.

Here is my objective...

when a user fills our one of our forms, i want to add a drop down menu that says:

How did you hear about us? Search Engine
E-Newsletter
Article
Lead Source Generator

And when for instance they select "Search Engine", another menu pops up that has options such as Google, yahoo, MSN....etc.

Im guessing it would be a javascript that uses an "onselect" method? or something to that nature...?

can anyone guide me....show me the light?
