I have created a website through dreamwever and i just noticed my links are working in IE but not firefox. My links are just "<a href="test.php" target="_self">test</a>" .any help would be appreciated

I assume the surrounding quotes were there just for the post, but are ot on your page, correct? If so, there's nothing wrong with the mark-up you posted, so something more is going on.
In cases like this, the first thing I suggest is to check the page with the W3C validation service.
