For the section I suggest some sort of type attribute equivalent to identify types of sections such as content, sidebar, and menus.
For the tabindex attribute I would like to suggest alpha characters to denote groups of numerical tabindexes. For example pressing the right or left key while on a drop down menu with a tabindex letter of "d" would move the focus to a drop down menu with a tabindex of "c" or "e".
