I'm looking for a way to create an on-site post forum, just entering their name and comment... Can anyone help me with where to find this?

Are you looking for something like a forum where users can add content and ask questions? There are quite a few "BBS" or forum scripts out there - a simple one such as PunBB [punbb.org] or miniBB [minibb.net] could well suit your needs.
