Hi I'd like to test my pages on a PDA but don't have access to one.
Do you know of any emulators/sites that I could use for this?

Palm has a developers kit. It's rather involved, but there is an emulator as part of it. [palmos.com...]

You can also download an emulator for the Blackberry devices from www.goamerica.net (I think that's correct.)

You can download the embedded CE toolkit from Microsoft (its free). It has a PocketPC emulator. Run eVB and write a small program, then run it on the emulator. Once the emulator is running you can run Pocket Explorer.
