Is there anyone who could give me a hand at finding a javascript that would do drop down menus.

Welcome to the forums, soccernews.

The web is full of many free javascripts for drop down menus. And there are many variations on how they look and how they work...and even on what exactly gets called a drop down menu! Just do a Google search and you'll see what I mean.

Are you looking for a select form type (click the arrow and see the choices), or the kind where a new sub-menu appears on screen when the user mouses over a main menu item?

You can try the following menu from dynamic drive.com.

It is flexible in modifying the menu's structure(horizontal, vertical, menu features, with textlinks or image links, mouseover etc....)

There is a program called AllWebMenus that generates DHTML menus for you.

It costs money, but you can download a free trial version of it at www.likno.com to check it out.
