Mozilla 0.9.8 is out.

It seems to have a slightly faster GUI (Linux version), the on the fly theme switching is back, the tabs have a couple of new features.

Not new, but worth noting:
The anti-popup feature is nice!

I used IE6 on a friend's computer the other day, MAN what a piece of bloated garbage!
