How do I get my page to display correctly

in different screen resolution

I designed my page and it looks well under my normal resolution of 1600 by 1200. In smaller resolutions the x axis goes off the screen. I'm trying to figure out how to get it to scale down for the smaller resolutions.

Look around for posts about liquid layouts [google.com]. That's a good way to get pages to be more flexible for different resolutions.
