Can anyone tell me how to place a Adobe PDF file on my webpage, so when selected users are taken to a printable file.

Presuming that you already have the PDF, just upload it and provide a link to it whereever appropriate
www.example.com/print-ready.pdf

If you don't have the PDF, Adobes online service, 'Create PDF', can be pretty useful. Converts many formats to PDF.
