My browser takes me to the wrong locations!

I don't understand whats happened to my browser's mind! When I type in www.google.com into my IE browser, it takes me to www.google.com.org or some auto.msn.search url?

What the hell is THIS problem?

When I try to click on links in any website (after trying to get to the page a zillion times) I get "page cannot be displayed".

My internet connection is fine. The one moment the browser works and then suddenly it doesn't. The one moment my Microsoft outlook works fine when recieving or sending messages ,but after a while it can't send or recieve.

Please help!

That sounds suspiciously like a 'worm' that infected your machine.
I woulde browse around (if you can) for worm/virus detectors.
Stick with the major brand names, some of those insert their own nasties! -Larry

Or adWare and spyware chan do it as well, which won't get caught by a virus definition. Add these to the cleanup list:

I already have up-to-date versions of Grisofts AVG.
I also already have Ad-Aware AND Spybot AND CWShredder.

I already scanned my PC twice! Full system scans. Spybot found a trojan and it fixed it,but the problem persist.
So this morning I downloaded XoftSpy SE V.4.23 and it found a Dialer Worm. It showed the destination folder of the infected files, but I couldn't remove it with the software due to the fact that I had to buy it. So I just permanently deleted the folder with the infected files.

The problem still persists. It was difficult as hell to reply to this thread. My page don't want to load and disconnects, even though my internet connection is fine the whole time.

Isn't there another anti worm software that I can get my hands on for free?

You need to redo all of your moves in SAFE MODE
Anytime you find something write down its name before doing anything
Use another machine and search for removal instruc
Quite frequently del a file or folder does not kill the root of the problem
New pests may self mutate, self rename and self reload when threatened.
Further what ever you delete has counterpart in your registration
So you need a tool that will deal with the reg.

Did you try MS removal tool?

Did you try to go back in time and reset your machine as it was a couple of days ago? (reg restore)

Check your dns-settings, of they are not set automaticly. Looks a lot like a dns-problem.

Your browser will look at other tld's when it cannot resolve the domain you requested.
ie: when it can't find google.com, it may try google.org or some other tld.

Internet Explorer will also go to the msn-search when it can't find a domain, as you may have made a typo.

Then why does it work ok on some occasions? Your pc might be using a different dns at that time. Or your dns is working fine one moment and has problems the other moment.

Somebody left me a private message. It contained a link to Window's Live Security PC Scan. I scanned my pc nad it found 3 viruses. It totally cleaned my pc.

But when I woke up this morning, my new adware/spyware/virus scanner named "stop", picked up 2 viruses on my pc. But I just cleaned it and didn't go around downloading stuff or surfing dirty!

These are the 2 viruses:
Backdoor.DSS
Trojan.LopAd

They can't seem to dissapear from my system!
I don't think I have a dns problem. My pc uses wireless internet.
