Fonts blur

Might see silly, but I know my browser can get better. I use to visit several sites that have Tahoma size 1 font (including mine) and now suddenly the font became smaller and with some blur. It’s to small to read and this only happen in my browser. The same doesn’t happen other applications in my pc. I have done nothing and happen just like that.
Does anyone have a clue about what is going on?

In IE, go to View > Text Size

Is it set at Medium right now? Did it somehow get changed to Small or Smallest?

Very often, unknowingly, people will use their mouse wheel and hold the Ctrl on their keyboard down - which resizes fonts.
