Little icon in top left of tab

I'm sorry if this is mis-posted, but I'm not really sure what it pertains to. Using firefox, for many sites, there is a small icon in the top left of the tab. How would I add one of these icons to all the pages in my domain?

Thanks in advance, and once again I'm sorry if this is mis-posted. I'm not sure if it's an HTML thing or a CSS thing, or something else alltogether.
