need help with unicode to shift jis conversion.

I've been searching on search engines & have come up with nothing?

I need to code a page in shift-jis. I do not know any code for shift-jis, but I know the unicode. Is there any utility or tool that will convert the unicode to shift-jis? I need some tool that will take the pasted code & convert it for me.

For example, this is unicode for 2 japanese kanji characters, would be entered in html as 変態 to display & render the kanji. I need something that will take the 変態 & rewrite it in shift-jis?

something along the idea of this;

but this won't serve my needs. I need to take whole sections of unicode, paste them into a field, & have a tool render them in shift jis.

if any such thing exists.
