Form textfield trims zeros when hitting back button

Hello, i hope this is very simple question..

i have text box and i write in it a number like 2340000, then submit when i click back button then i just find 234 and all zeros are gone..

so how to solve that to keep the number looks as it is?

by the way when i submit the number.. it display correctly, but not when i go back... so the problem if i go back and submitted again.. it will submit the wrong number.

Thanks i solved it..

i added a trim by fault
