Does anyone know how to set it in windows folders where if you right-click on an html file and select 'edit' it will open the file in your favourite html editor. Currently when I do this it opens it in Word (yuck!) but I want to set it to TopStyle.

It's ok I've figured it out. In any folder go to tools -> folder options -> file types select HTML then press the advanced button, - it's surprisingly configurable.
