How to center a whole page?

Hi everyone,

When I open my browser window, my website sticks to the top of the page. Does anyone know the code I should use to make my website to open in the middle of the page? I cannot find the answer anywhere.

Check out Dead centre [wpdfd.com]. They use a one pixel high div absolutely positioned 50% from the top, then nest the content div inside of it.
