horizontal centering

Hi
i am trying to centre horizontaling a table (jpg + nav. bar inside (centred))

i've designed for 800x600 res. and sits just great but at 1024x... and higher res. it stays glued to the top, i would like it to sit in the centre.

i can't seem to get the css right?
appreciate any help.
PS: i am css"ing" via DWmx
