How to put comments underneath photos

At the moment I have ONE cell that contains all the main content (other cells contain the banner, menu and footer).

On each page I have 3 or 4 photos which are aligned left (or right) and therefore wrap around the content text.

I now want to add a comment/title underneath each photo.

Can this be done easily without adding any additional cells, or do I need to add more cells?
