Source not viewable in IE

Greetings-

Recently the "View Source" function of my IE stopped working. When clicked, the browser doesn't open notepad or anything. This is after a virus was cleaned from the system.

Anyone have any ideas as to what's going on here? How can I make it work again? This is a very important function for me to be able to use.
