Google's logic is: 20% = 20/100 = 0.2

You did't say that you mean 20% of 100 (or whatever).

I tried to explain your G=E formula to my son to reinforce what I have been trying to teach him.

Unfortunately he wouldn't let me slip by the flaw in step 1.

So I need another way to express G = T x M since the description would make it G = T + M.

Its important to get this formular right. ;)
