Google declared some well known restrictions about its service use.
There are a lot of metacrawlers as Vivisimo, Infogreed etc.
This is certainly not personal use of Google and others services
What you can say about Google position for this?
Is it legal from Google point of view?
Thank you

I believe you can find out if you look through their information pages. There has to be an agreement with the company to use their search and they do have some in place. It's legal if there's an agreement with them.

First,
It's not safe to utter those words here.;)(Google Dance tool)

More importantly, what about those of us, ...ahem, those of you that use that particular tool. Ordinarily, I would say that Google wouldn't know the ip of the computer on the snip snip tool site, but we all have the toolbar...

As for the Google Dance sites, some may be using the API. Also, note the Google TOS forbids automated queries. People hand entering search terms into a Google Dance site aren't doing automated queries.
