different prs for a site index

Hi,

Still a bit of a novice here, but I don't understand why the following all have different PR's:

[domain.com...] - pr 5
[domain.com...] - pr 0
[domain.com...] - pr 0

I've followed the rules described within this site trying to optimise the site for Google, and Goggle is running through the index page almost every day - yet by my understanding all three of the above call the same page (index.php) - so why the difference?

Any tips to link to a thread that explains this much appreciated.
